HELLO,
my name is Ian Silva.
Currently, I am attending the Georgia Institute of Technology for a Master's in Mechanical Engineering. I recently graduated from the University of Iowa with two Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Throughout my scholastic career, I have maintained a 3.74 GPA while participating in a plethora of extracurricular activities. I worked as a research assistant at the College of Engineering in the Human Instrumentation and Robotics Laboratory, resident assistant at Burge Residence Hall, and as a P3 Lunar Designer at the Physics Department at the University of Iowa. I was involved in several student organizations here at the University of Iowa. These include the American Institute of Astronautics and Aeronautics (AIAA), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Hyperloop at Iowa, and Iowa Soccer Club. I am currently looking for a position as a mechanical engineer designer, test engineer, structural engineer, or product engineer.
